Alex served as a youth pastor for 6 years, and 3 years as an associate pastor at a local west-side ministry prior to launching Elevate Ministries. He and his wife Vanessa, a counselor to children and teens, have been happily married since 2008. Their family consists of their precious daughter Luz, goofy pit-bull Andre, and miniature schnauzer sidekick, Cookie. They are a couple who have enjoyed living their lives serving others on all levels and areas of need. Together, they do ministry with a holistic approach, to include spiritual equipping, sharing & spreading His love, building relationships, meeting the physical needs of those in lack, and providing educational empowerment to help improve the quality of life in all whom they serve. Simply put, their vision is to build a community of people who serve and love others, while growing as individuals and expanding as a family.
